There is no question about the importance of digital literacy in today’s world. Virtually every operation in life has been digitized from commerce to education, politics, finance, health, housing, and so much more. According to a recent USAID report, over 90 percent of jobs worldwide have a digital component. There is almost no way to engage and thrive in today’s world without being digitally literate. Unfortunately more than 80% of Nigeria’s children are digitally illiterate. The potential negative impact of digital illiteracy on Nigeria’s future is dire. TechSavvyNigeria is actively working to digitally educate all Nigeria’s children.

TechSavvyNigeria offers a comprehensive foundational computer training program to children at schools and our free children's libraries throughout the country.
Children who sometimes have never seen or touched a computer can come to our free library locations and learn about computers and how to effectively use them.
